We ask that during the up and coming holidays you are patients with us as we navigate another year of busy shipping! Please remember I am a one person, possibly 2 at time's business and we try and get your order out as quick as possible. Thank you for understanding in advance I am putting my shipping time to 2 weeks this season as I don't want to let people down!

You’ve ordered the perfect candle, now the dreaded ‘order processing and shipment time’ begins… We get it, we hate waiting for our packages to arrive by mail too!

We do our best to ship orders as soon as we are able, but we are a small batch made to order company, so we produce your order as it's placed! Our processing times do not take into account package transit times. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS with the shipment option of your choice. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been shipped.

We meticulously inspect each of our candles during production and packaging of your order. We are unable to accept returns of any used candles.

In the event your candle(s) are damaged in transit, please send us photo proof of damage to: within 7 days of delivery. We’d be happy to send out a replacement or refund for the damaged candle(s). 


Not exactly what you were looking for? You may exchange your unlit candle for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of delivery. Candle must be returned in unused, resalable condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs on all returned items and the exchanged product.
